TEXAS babaaay.

I’m writing to you from Anson, Texas. Anson is a small town filled with great hospitable people; a lot like the other towns we go thru. We’ve biked about 1,300 miles so far. 1,300 miles in 3 weeks is mind-blowing. Not to mention I was biking with the wrong
size tube for a good portion of that. I realized there was something wrong with
my bike when I starting getting unexplainable flats. My team and I couldn’t figure
it out. This weekend we went to a bike shop and I bought new tires hoping this
would fix the problem. The owner of the shop told me I had the wrong tube in my
tire which was causing all the flats…the day before I had a record of five
flats. It sucked. BUT, I have new tires which are suppose to make me a lot
faster…hopefully they do :)
Anyways…I said in my last blog I would
talk about my awesome team so I’m gonna share a little about each person so you too can see how awesome they are in no particular order.

I’ll start with the girls…

Anne Jackson is a powerful, strong, and adventurous person. Erin White is sooooo great. She is one of the most tender-hearted people I know. Crystal White is lovable, encouraging, bold and a great person to ride with.
Theresa Johnson is a go-getter, detailed, and
had a heart for justice.
Melissa Foss is sweet, funny,
open minded and absolutely great.

And now for the Boys…

Adam Goodman is strong person, on and off the bike. Jay Williams is a very independent with strong values. Brian Mulder is a good leader with a great spirit. Ian
Pietz is positive and always fun to be around.
Jacob Childerson is a goofy but always compelled to do good. Karl Feller
is fun and passionate person Dustin Burkhart is strong and compassionate Chase Livingston is witty and smart. Ty Ridgway is bold and strong-willed. Chris Jackson is awesome and devoted. Aaron Hines has a kind and compassionate heart.
