A little encouragment from the Venture/Ride:Well Tour office!

Hey all,

I've been working on this tour for quite some time now, and I just realized that it might be a good idea to connect the dots in my head, because I believe that God has been giving me words of encouragement for all of you on the Tour. So here it goes...

In 2005 I biked over 3000 miles down the East Coast and there were plenty of rough days. However, through all of it, God taught me so much about the beauty of His provision and of what it means to Live fully dependent on Him. I've been working on setting up churches for the Team for the past few months and a Song has been lingering on my heart for a few days now, and I believe its for you. The song is called Worth it All from Rita Springer. The words are as follows...

I'm praying for all of you that you would hold on to the promise that Jesus Gives us that it's worth it! That the sight of His face is all we need!

This promise isn't just for us, but for everyone in Africa and around the world that are being, and WILL BE affected by your perseverance and struggle.

I hope this is some encouragement to all of you on the Tour and to anyone following this blog.
