Today, this year's Ride:Well South team is experiencing one of the toughest (by far) days of the tour. Today, they are making the climb from Chandler, AZ into Payson, AZ. As a little taste of how today will go, you should know that Payson sits at 5,000 feet elevation. Total today between the up-hills and down-hills, they will climb a total of about 9,000 feet. Yeah. 9,000. Try wrapping your brain around that.

Well, it's been WAY too long since I've posted a blog on here. I feel super lame for waiting such a long time for a follow-up but I've also been wanting to get some thoughts in order after an experience like Ride:Well to share what I believe I learned.



As most of you know (or at least you who read this know), my summer story did not turn out at all as I had planned it.

I signed up for this 8 months ago having no idea the impact that this whole experience would have on my life. Heck, at the time, I didn't even have a BIKE! But, my, how times have changed.

Hey everyone...

One of the things that I have learned in the these first few weeks of Ride:Well is that I am really bad about blogging! But I'm a work in progress, so I'll make a conscious effort to make this not so scarce.
