About Me:: On April 1st, I did a presentation in class about Blood:Water Mission and the lack of clean drinking water in the world. The majority of the class was unaware of the situation. A girl raied her hand and asked me, "What do you plan on doing to help?" Of course, I was doing the 40 Days of Water at the time but something had been on my mind for weeks. It took me a second to answer because if I said the following, I knew I had to follow through. I told her, "I plan on riding my bike across America with The Ride:Well Tour when I turn 18 and graduate High School, but I haven't told my mom yet or anyone for that matter. You're the first people I've told."
I went home and told to my mom about it. She loved the idea. So, this is me trying to embark on a journey for social justice. I have less than 2 years to prepare. I don't even own a bike..yet.
