- I'm stoked to ride up the country this summer with the Ride:Well Tour, though I am also slightly nerve racked for the effort it's going to take. I think it is super cool to be able to do something I love (cycling) while raising support for something I am fully behind (clean water)!

A Few Lessons Learned
- Mind really is over matter
- Riding with people is exponentially better than riding alone
- There is a reason why EVERYONE told us that riding from South to North was the wrong direction, that reason is called headwind.
- Honey and mustard sandwiches are the most brilliant discovery!
