I have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bicycle across America to raise funds and awareness for Blood:Water Mission, an organization that helps underdeveloped communities in Africa establish clean-water wells, latrines, and health clinics. We will be stopping in communities and churches to talk about the water and blood crises in Africa and enlist people in active support of Blood:Water Mission.
In retrospect, growing up in a small town gave me a lot of insights and benefits that I'm realizing as I get older; however, I still have a tremendous curiousity towards the world and issues man kind face on a grander scale. It's a fun journey, and hopefully I can influence and inspire someone along the way.![]()
I have no idea what that means, but if you take it for what it’s worth, which may be little, you realize that life tends to come and go WAY to fast. Many of us have been preparing for this trip for months and find ourselves now asking how we only have 2 weeks left??
