Tell me your story and I will tell you mine...

Ok. So we are in Eureka, California at the moment. Strange, strange place. We knew it was strange about 10 miles out when we were riding into the town and random people started sticking their heads out the windows yelling profanities toward us. I didn't know if they were telling us to get off their roads or they were cheering us on in their own special way. I will go with the latter if I must choose. And then we started passing people with trench cats and mad hats and colorful tangly masses…

My knees are shaking now...

Well I had a free day today so I suppose I will update everyone while I have a moment...

So riding with all my junk on my bike up hills is way hard...maybe harder than i anticipated, especially up San Diego hills. I struggled....but on a positive note...I didn't die.

I thought I might for a moment.

But I didn't.

Thus the blog.

Anyways...yesterday was a good ride. It was a short 43 miles I believe.

How stretchy shorts have thus far changed my life...

I'm a dreamer...I always have been. I have this awesome list of all these crazy, thrilling, and purposeful things I want to accomplish with my life. You know...so when I look back at my life when I'm eighty-eight, I can look back and say "wow, I had a fullfilling life...I'm full and I'm ready to go home." Plus I will have all these great stories to tell my grand-kids about adventures and lessons learned and I will be able to give some really wise incite.
